Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms and conditions govern the use of monro.info. This user agreement is between the reader and this editorial site — not between the reader and the Monro platform. The operator publishes its own terms of service, and that document always outranks our summary of it.
1. Acceptance
By opening monro.info and using its material you accept every clause on this page. If a clause does not suit you, the correct response is to stop using the site.
2. Who we are
An independent review publication covering the Monro platform. We are not an operator, a bookmaker or a payment agent: we take no bets, hold no accounts and store no player funds. Everything involving deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account status happens on the operator’s side, under its rules and its licence.
3. Age restriction
The material is intended for readers aged 18 and over. By continuing you confirm that you meet that threshold and that the law where you live does not prohibit access to gambling information. In Latvia, the market this site focuses on, gambling is legal from the age of 18.
4. Limits of liability
We check every figure we publish, but operator rules can change at any moment — the conditions shown on the official platform always take precedence over the text here. Losses incurred while gambling are not the responsibility of this site: outcomes are random, risk is built into the mechanic, and the decision belongs to the player. We give no legal, financial or tax advice.
5. Copyright
Reviews, guides, tables and site structure are original works protected by copyright. Partial quotation with an active link to the source is permitted. Wholesale copying without written permission is not. Trademarks, logos and game titles remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively.
6. Affiliate relationship
Site revenue comes from operator commissions paid through tracked links — the detail is on the affiliate disclosure page. The conditions a reader receives on the platform are unaffected by that relationship.
7. Jurisdiction
Gambling regulation differs by country. In Latvia the market is supervised by the IAUI inspectorate, which maintains a register of licensed sites and a public list of blocked domains; the Monro platform holds an offshore Curaçao licence and does not appear in the IAUI register. Confirming the legality of your own actions is the reader’s responsibility. This site is not a legal adviser.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site reachable around the clock but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates and infrastructure failures can occur without notice.
9. Severability
If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. Not exercising a right on one occasion does not waive it on the next.
10. Binding language and complaints
The site has three language versions: Russian at the root, Latvian and this English edition. The version you are reading is the operative one for you; where translations diverge, the Russian version prevails as the primary edition. Remarks and corrections go to the domain contact address; the procedure for a dispute with the operator itself is on the complaints page.
11. Third-party content
Game, provider and payment-system names mentioned in reviews belong to their owners and appear for description only. Screenshots and logos are used for informational purposes.
12. Nature of the relationship
Using this site creates no agency, partnership or employment relationship between reader and editorial team. We do not represent the operator and cannot act on its behalf.
13. Revisions
Changes take effect on publication, and the revision date sits at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Operator terms of service: what to read before your first deposit
The operator’s terms and conditions form the contract between player and platform: who may open an account, how wagering is counted, and when a withdrawal may be delayed or refused. Reading the user agreement before the first deposit costs less than arguing about a refusal after a win.
We summarise the clauses that matter most — x40 wagering, the EUR 5 maximum stake while a bonus is active, the ban on multiple accounts, the requirement to withdraw through the method that funded the account — but the operator’s own document remains the source of truth. It is revised periodically, so check the revision date and reread it whenever a major promotion changes.
